TRAGEDIA. Byłam Klientką portalu od około roku i nie składałam żadnych skarg. Podczas ostatniego sprzątania Pani Sprzątająca zniszczyła mi parkiet (drewniana jodełka) próbując usunąć brud. Portal przyjął założenie, że to jej słowo przeciwko mojemu i ewidentnie sama próbowałam sobie zniszczyć podłogę (sic!). Absolutnie nie polecam, jest super póki jest miło, w razie wypadku od wszystkiego umywają ręce (mimo wielu zapewnień o bezpieczeństwie widniejących na ich stronie).

Witam, Zdecydowanie odradzam. Zamówiłem dogłębne sprzątanie bo miałem problemy z astmą przez powrotu do mieszkania pół roku nie używanego, sprzątaczka odkurzyła dwa balkony oraz całą podłogę bez poprawnego zamocowania worka co skończyło się że cały kurz przedostał się do mieszkania co zdecydowanie pogorszyło mój stan astmy. Kontaktując się z firmą dostałem odpowiedz godną kretynów, parafrazując: "Nie polecamy przebywać w domu podczas sprzątania jako astmatyk, możemy dać zniżkę na 1/9 ceny" w przypadku gdzie sprzątanie pogarsza wszystko jest to naprawdę żałosne załatwienie sprawy. Mają bardzo wysokie ceny ale za tym nie idzie jakość. Lepiej zapłacić jakiejś kobiecie z gumtree bo oni nie gwarantują jakości a całe ryzyko idzie na Was.

Zdecydowanie nie polecam. Niedokladne sprzatanie i tragiczna obsluga klienta.

Hello everyone Finally I find time to give a review about this service. I Would Never Recommend it To Anyone, would tell why. 
Everything started probably a week ago when we ordered cleaner for 6 hours for an apartment of 70m2 . Cleaner came I have showed her all apartment, what exactly she needs to clean and left her alone there. I have mentioned Bathroom first of all , Kitchen and then the rest. 6 hours past, I have came to check how its there . I saw bathroom was not cleaned well, in kitchen from 100% only 60% was cleaned and the rest around the apartment was not surprised to see after what I observed in bathroom and kitchen. I told cleaner to take care of it , as the money I paid for this service was not worth it. Cleaner was very aggressive with me and she threatened to run away and declined my request. Lol.. she just recommend me to order another cleaner for hour and should could clean again for us. She was fighting and didn’t let me to talk with her. I told her Ok,Bye because there was no sense to continue talking with her. The same day at night I ordered “Cleaner for Cleaner” for another 2 hour for the next day. Sec day came. I spent my time, money (as I took taxi to go and come back) to meet the new cleaner . I was at apartment, 30 mins passed. Cleaner is late. It was Sunday, I am calling her and asking her why she is not here . She is telling me that she declined yesterday on their website and would not come today. I was soo pissed off, while I didn’t get any notifications from this service that cleaner rejected my order. No one didn’t informed me. Ok , I ordered third cleaner again from this service . I thought I will give them the last chance . Monday 16:00 . Third cleaner came , I have told her the situation that I have ordered again today “Cleaner for Cleaner” just all because she didn’t cleaned well. This cleaner was shocked after what she saw, she couldn’t believe that the work was done from their service . I decided to stay there with her and see and show her what she needs to clean again. Ok 3rd cleaner finished her job after 1st cleaner, even though she was very slow. Normally I have took this 3rd cleaner for 2 hours, but she finished all in 3 . I don’t know why, maybe it’s just their strategy. But later service charged me for 3 hours, not surprised. Ok just to conclude, Don’t make any orders from this service: 1. Stuff is not polite 2. Customer support gave a f*ck for this situation that happened to me. 3. Service is not worth to pay for, just wasting time and money within this service. Świetna usługa, w końcu znalazłem fachowe osoby, które znają się i przykładają do sprzątania. Ceny są przystępne więc polecam wszystkim, którzy nie wiedzą gdzie znaleźć firmę do sprzątania.
